Operative words

The Governor's Executive Order 1525 is hereby adopted and amended by the City of Tupelo, Mississippi, as City of Tupelo Local Executive Order 20-020, effective 5:00 pm on Wednesday, September 30th, 2020, until 5:00 pm on Wednesday, November 11th, 2020. This order will be enforced by the City of Tupelo, Mississippi, and the Tupelo Police Department is hereby authorized and directed to enforce this order... In addition to the mandates issued by the Governor's Executive Order 1525, it is hereby amended to include the following: All persons who are present within the jurisdiction of the City of Tupelo shall wear a clean face covering any time they are, or will be, in contact with other people in indoor public or business spaces where it is not possible to maintain social distance.
