Operative words
Section 3: All businesses open to the public shall require their employees and customers over the age of 6 years old to wear face coverings effective 8:00 a.m. on April 28, 2020, through 8:00 a.m. on May 11, 2020, to align with the timeframe of the Governor's Safer at Home Executive Order 1477. Employees and customers shall properly wear face coverings insuring coverage over the mouth and nose. Management must provide adequate supervision, including door monitors, to ensure that employees and customers entering the store comply with face coverings, and to prohibit entrance to those not wearing face coverings. Section 4: A general curfew shall continue in the City limits of Starkville from 10:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m.... through 5a.m. on May 11, 2020.
