Masks in Businesses - Unless specifically allowed by the Governor's Orders related to COVID-19, businesses and services, while interacting with the public, must require face coverings by employees and customers... Enforcement - Employers shall enforce mask requirements and could be subject to fines of up to $1,000 per occurrence for non-enforcement. Patrons who refuse to comply shall be referred to the Starkville Police Department for the issuance of individual citations.
