my Ninth Emergency Mayoral Proclamation of Executive Order of August 4, 2020 adopted and incorporated the Governor's Executive Order No. 1511 as my 'Ninth Emergency Mayoral Proclamation of Executive Order' for the City of Biloxi with the following [amendments]: a. The last sentence of Paragraph IV shall read: 'Restaurants and bars shall not sell, serve or distribute alcohol (including beer and [light wine])...'... I do hereby extend my Ninth Emergency Mayoral Proclamation of Executive Order of August 4, 2020... through September 14, 2020. THIS, the 3rd day of September, 2020, at 11 a.m.
