Operative words

it is reasonable to raise the indoor mass gathering limit to fifty (50) persons [and the outdoor limit to one hundred (100)]... The limit is one hundred percent (100%) of fire capacity for museums, personal care [businesses, retail]... The limit is seventy-five percent (75%) of fire capacity for the indoor spaces of restaurants, [breweries, wineries, gyms, pools, amusement parks]... The limit is fifty percent (50%) of fire capacity for the indoor areas of movie theaters and [bars, lounges, night spots, arenas, conference centers]... Face Coverings must be worn indoors if anyone else is in that space
