Operative words

Stat. 20-381, if the driver is transporting medical supplies and other equipment in support of the Plan... Section 6. Height and Weight Restrictions... DPS... shall waive certain size and weight restrictions... Section 1. Delegation of Authority... I hereby delegate my authority to waive a provision of any regulation or ordinance of a state agency which restricts the immediate relief of human suffering
