Operative words

I am reinstituting Emergency Directive 1, which orders a 30-day pause for most judicial proceedings... Emergency Directive 1. All superior court and district court proceedings, including proceedings before the clerks of superior court, must be scheduled or rescheduled for a date no sooner than 14 January 2021, unless [remote, due process, emergency relief...]... Emergency Directive 10. No jury trials shall be conducted in the superior or district court of any county for the next thirty (30) days, unless a jury has already been empaneled.
