Added modified quarantine guidance for students after a close contact in which both people were wearing masks... Recommend that everyone wear a face covering outdoors [where distancing cannot be maintained]
Enforcement

Notes
Ballotpedia (July 22, 2021): the July 21 guidance, effective July 30, says districts should require K-8 students to wear masks indoors and unvaccinated high school students to wear masks indoors.
Retrieval noteEarlier versions (June 2020 through June 2021), which EO 215 sec. 2 made binding, were not saved separately.
