Operative words

Recreational and sports arenas, and music and entertainment venues may begin to reopen, and are strongly encouraged to adopt the ND Smart Restart: Large Gatherings Protocol. 11. All state employees who have been teleworking since March 20, 2020, will continue to telework until further notice. 12. Access to the North Dakota Capitol will continue to be limited to by-appointment only until further notice.

Notes

Venue closure ran from March 20 to May 15, 2020 (fifty-six days). The Governor's release of May 15 set the large-gathering recommendation at 50 percent of certificate of occupancy up to 250 people (Husch Blackwell chronology).
