On March 16, 2020, the North Dakota Supreme Court issued an Emergency Order in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic for the purpose of protecting the health of litigants, judicial branch employees, and the public while maintaining judicial branch functions.... Suspends all jury trials until after July 1, 2020... ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER 27 - Emergency Suspension of Eviction Proceedings: Suspends eviction proceedings until further order, unless there is a showing of good cause to proceed on a specific case... Criminal jury trials - Effective immediately, all criminal jury trials are suspended until April 24, 2020 or until further order of the Supreme Court.
