Operative words

Gatherings are restricted to: twenty-five percent (25%) for an indoor facility's applicable rated occupancy but not to exceed ten thousand (10,000) (excluding staff), and one-hundred percent (100%) for an outdoor facility's applicable rated occupancy... Any one Party at a Gathering may not exceed eight (8) individuals. Any Party at a Gathering must maintain six (6) feet of distance from any other... For beauty/nail salons, barbershops, massage therapy offices or centers, bowling alleys, pool halls, body art or tattoo establishments, and any other indoor businesses where staff and patrons are within six (6) feet of each other for fifteen (15) consecutive minutes or more: Such businesses shall require the use of masks... For Daycare/child care services...: Such child care services shall require all staff, volunteers or practitioners to use masks.
