Operative words

Use of a face mask is not required for fully vaccinated residents of assisted-living facilities. Unvaccinated residents should continue wearing masks and maintain physical distancing when around others within the building.... Certified nursing homes must continue to follow the CMS requirement for use of face masks within their building.
