Operative words

WHEREAS, it is necessary to reduce the number of in-person contacts as well as to reduce the required staffing levels of the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles...; and WHEREAS, counties have continued to close local offices thereby reducing the ability to continue to issue and process Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles' documents.... 1. All titles, handicap parking permits, in-transits, temporary vehicle registrations, and vehicle registrations... that expire on or after March 1, 2020 are hereby valid from the date of this order until 30 days after the lifting of the declaration of the COVID-19 state of emergency.... 2. Expiration dates for all valid... driver licenses, and commercial driver licenses... are hereby extended.
