Operative words
WHEREAS, it is important that we as a state continue to transition back to a more normal way of life as we experienced before the COVID-19 pandemic, including reconnecting as fellow Nebraskans and returning more people to the workplace.... 1. All teammates immediately return to in-person working. An exception is made for any teammates whose position is considered work-from-home for non-COVID-19 purposes. 2. Face masks and coverings are not to be required by any state agency nor will face masks and coverings be required in any State of Nebraska office building.
