Operative words

All nursing home staff should be tested every 7-10 days. All residents in an affected facility/unit should be tested [every] 7 days, per CDC guidance and CMS guidance, until the outbreak is closed. Outbreaks are closed by the DPHS team 14 days after the last case onset at the facility.... [Staff] must be screened at the beginning of each shift... Staff can be allowed back to work when at least 10 days have passed since [symptom onset]
