Operative words

As a result of COVID-19, the New Hampshire Insurance Department is advising all property and casualty insurers to take the appropriate precautions when obtaining Title 37 mandated signatures. Title 37's property and casualty laws do not require wet signatures. Producers and insurers are free to obtain electronic signatures.
