"WHEREAS, New Jersey schools and daycare centers will be closed effective March 18, 2020, which will reduce the number of citizens available for grand jury based on N.J.S.A. 2B:20-10"... "It is ORDERED that effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020 through Friday, March 27, 2020: (1) All grand jury empanelment dates, including for State Grand Jury, are postponed, and new notices will be issued rescheduling grand jury selection for a date after March 27, 2020; and (2) All current grand jury sessions, including for State Grand Jury, are cancelled."

Notes

The Court's own recital ties its order to the school and day-care closures: the interconnection the memoranda plead.

Retrieval note

Read from the Internet Archive's raw capture. File slug names jury trials; the order's subject is grand juries (new petit jury trials were suspended by the March 12 and 15, 2020 notices, as the First Omnibus Order recites).
