Operative words

(8) 'Places of lodging' which have completed the NM Safe Certified training offered at https://nmsafecertified.org may operate up to 75% of maximum occupancy. All other 'places of lodging' shall not operate at more than 50% of maximum occupancy.... (12)... all individuals shall wear a mask or multilayer cloth face covering in public settings except when eating or drinking. Masks with vents shall not satisfy this requirement.... (4) This Public Health Order shall take effect on September 4, 2020 and remain in effect through October 2, 2020.
