Operative words

Pursuant to section 13 of Governor Sisolak's Declaration of Emergency Directive 016, issued on April 29, 2020, gaming operations in this State may not resume until the Nevada Gaming Control Board deems it is safe to do so. Section 13 of Emergency Directive 016 also requires the Board to create policies to effectuate a safe, measured, and incremental resumption of gaming operations. To meet its obligation under Emergency Directive 016, the Board issues the following: Health and Safety Policies for the Resumption of Gaming Operations: Nonrestricted Licensees; Health and Safety Policies for the Resumption of Gaming Operations: Restricted Licensees.

Enforcement

Gaming Control Board approval of each licensee's reopening plan; discipline under the Gaming Control Act (Directive 021 s. 35)
