Operative words
The Board of Health has adopted an emergency regulation requiring State of Nevada staff who work with vulnerable populations in state-operated, licensed health care settings or state-operated detention facilities to become fully vaccinated against COVID-19 on or before November 1, 2021. This new emergency regulation applies to all NDOC employees, new hires, contractors, transfer employees, as well as any other individual who regularly completes work for NDOC pursuant to contract.... Proof of receiving all necessary doses of the COVID-19 vaccine to become fully vaccinated must be received by Human Resources no later than October 25, 2021.
