Operative words

Until June 15, 2020, except for end-of-life situations, visitors are prohibited from entering and visiting patients and residents at nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and retirement homes. On and after June 15, 2020, visitation, outings, group meals and communal dining shall be in accordance with guidance issued by the Oklahoma State Department of Health based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.... All businesses should adhere to the statewide Open Up and Recover Safely (OURS) Plan
