Operative words
[Section 1210.189 A:]... 1. Require a vaccination against Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) as a condition of admittance to or attendance of the school or technology center school; 2. Require a vaccine passport as a condition of admittance to or attendance of the school or technology center school; or 3. Implement a mask mandate for students who have not been vaccinated against COVID-19.... [Section 1210.190:]... [a mask mandate may be implemented only] after consultation with the local county health department or city-county health department... [during] a state of emergency declared by the Governor... SECTION 4. This act shall become effective July 1, 2021.
