Operative words

The requirements and closures from the April 2, 2020 Revised Proclamation of State of Emergency remain in effect through April 30, 2020.... These requirements shall be effective May 1, 2020 and shall continue until data indicators support moving to less restrictive means which will be re-evaluated no later than May 15, 2020: 1. Suspension of all scheduled events through May 15, 2020, with 10 or more participants at City operated properties/facilities... 4. All bars without on-premises food service, night clubs, hookah bars, cigar bars, vaping lounges and the Remington Park gaming area shall be closed to the public.... 5. All restaurants, bars with on-premises food service... are required to maintain at least the following standards:... b. All servers and staff interacting with customers must wear facial masks or coverings; c. All tables available for seating must be at least six (6) feet apart;... h. No parties exceeding ten (10) people are allowed at one table... 7. All athletic gyms, recreation centers, exercise facilities... must maintain strict social distancing... 8. Businesses where persons gather for presentation or entertainment, such as movie and live theaters, concert halls, bingo halls, sporting venues, amusement parks, and places of worship, must... b. Offer seating in a staggered manner such that there are at least two (2) seats between customer groups in the same row and the facility must close every other row;... 9. Personal care businesses may operate by appointment only... 11. Social gatherings of more than ten (10) people are prohibited.... 13. Any person, including but not limited to a business owner or employee, not complying with the requirements of this Proclamation shall be subject to Section 15-40 of the Oklahoma City Municipal Code.
