I hereby extend Executive Order 20-03 through September 4, 2020, unless extended or terminated earlier by the Governor.... [HB 4213] codified and extended the temporary evictions moratorium from Executive Order 20-13. As a result, I find that Executive Order 20-13 is no longer necessary. I hereby rescind that order, effective immediately.... [EO 20-18] is no longer necessary. I hereby rescind that order, effective immediately.
