Operative words

[Public school entities in counties designated by the Department as having substantial community transmission that wish to continue in-person instruction must, within specified days, sign and post an attestation that they will comply with the Department's Updated Order Requiring Universal Face Coverings and the Department and Department of Education's public health guidance for schools; entities that do not attest must transition to fully remote learning until the county's transmission level falls.]
