(2) The Secretary of Education may do any or all of the following: (i) Order the closure of all school entities until the [threat to health and safety has passed]... [a school entity closed as a result of the pandemic of 2020 is deemed to meet the 180-day and instructional-hours requirements]... [each school entity shall develop a] plan to offer continuity of education to students using alternative means during the period of closure... (k) A private or nonpublic school which was closed because of the pandemic of 2020 [is deemed to meet the school-day requirements if the] nonpublic school is offering continuity of education during the period of closure.... During the period of school closure, the school bus transportation [contracts are to be maintained]...
