Operative words

facilitate current holders of a valid Beer and Wine Permit... selling or delivering beer and wine in a sealed container for curbside delivery or pickup and off-premises consumption... A customer who purchases beer or wine must prove at the time of curbside delivery or pickup that he is twenty-one (21) years of age or older... Curbside delivery or pickup of 'alcoholic liquors'... is not authorized
