Operative words
I hereby supersede, rescind, and replace Executive Order No. 2020-73... Section 4. Emergency Guidelines for Gatherings... The total number of... persons present for or in attendance at the Gathering should not exceed fifty percent (50%)... or two hundred fifty (250) persons, whichever is less... [the 11:00 p.m. alcohol prohibition of EO 2020-73 § 5 is not carried forward]... all non-essential employees and staff of the State of South Carolina... shall not report to work, physically or in-person, until further notice.
