Operative words

During a statewide emergency or disaster declared by the Governor under the authority in chapter 34-48A, the secretary of public safety may order the extension of the expiration date for an operator's license, motorcycle operator's license, restricted minor's permit, motorcycle restricted minor's permit, or nondriver identification card for a period not to exceed the duration of the Governor's emergency or disaster declaration plus an additional ninety days... [and for] a commercial driver license or commercial learner's permit
