Operative words

persons, including the public, parties to litigation, defendants, and employees, shall not enter the Minnehaha County Courthouse or the Courthouse portion of the Lincoln County Administration Building (the Courthouse), if they fall into any of the categories below: 1) Persons who have traveled to or live with someone who has traveled to any of the following countries in the last 14 days: China, South Korea, any European Country, Iran... 2) Person who have been asked to self-quarantine... 4) Persons with a cough, fever over 100.4 F, or shortness of breath, and 5) Persons under the age of 10.
