All persons entering the Minnehaha County Courthouse or the Courthouse portion of the Lincoln County Administration Building (the Courthouses) shall wear protective facial coverings such as a mask, scarf, bandana or other cloth which covers the nose and mouth... 2. No one, including the public, parties to litigation, attorneys, defendants, and employees shall enter the Courthouses if they fall into any of the categories below: a. Persons who have been directed to self-quarantine... c. Persons with a pending COVID-19 test... 9. Courtrooms shall be limited to one-half the posted occupancy.
