Section 2: Vaccination Requirements for Health Care Workers. 1. 'Health Care Worker' means any person who (1) is employed by, volunteers for, or is contracted to provide services for a Health Care Facility... 2. All Health Care Workers must have, at a minimum, the first dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine series [by September 5, 2021] and be fully vaccinated... within 30 days following administration of their first dose... Health Care Workers who are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 must be tested for COVID-19 weekly, at a minimum.
