Operative words
I hereby amend the Order 'Requiring Hospitals to Make Daily Reports of Specified Data Regarding Supplies and Equipment' dated March 24, 2020, as previously amended on July 10, 2020 (Order). Paragraph 3 of the Order is amended to add the following after 'data collection tool in the': [Corvena/HHS system]... Paragraph 3 of the Order is further amended to add the following under '10. Number of employees unavailable for work': 11. Other categories or data fields required by the federal data reporting system.

The daily reporting order of Mar. 24, 2020 ran through all six quarters; its Aug. 13, 2021 amendment (adding daily COVID-19 admissions and PA-NEDSS reporting) is a Q3 2021 instrument (bundled q3 inventory PA-27).
