Operative words
All workers who provide services or work in the facilities described [in subdivision a] must have their first dose of a one-dose regimen or their second dose of a two-dose regimen by September 30, 2021... a. Health Care Facilities: i. General Acute Care Hospitals ii. Skilled Nursing Facilities (including Subacute Facilities) iii. Intermediate Care Facilities... v. Adult Day Health Care Centers... xii. Hospice Facilities... 8. This Order shall take effect on August 5, 2021, and facilities must be in full compliance with the Order by September 30, 2021.

Notes
The Aug. 5 order reached skilled nursing, ICFs, adult day health and hospice facilities; the Sept. 28 order (Ex. SEC-04-037) extended the requirement to assisted living, home care and in-home hospice workers.
