WHEREAS, P.L.2021, c.103 explicitly maintained the State of Emergency... WHEREAS, on August 6, 2021, Governor Murphy issued Executive Order No. 252 mandating [vaccination or testing of covered workers]... WHEREAS, on September 10, 2021, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) [revised QSO-20-38-NH]... WHEREAS, on November 12, 2021, CMS issued revised Visitation Guidance for Nursing Home Visitation - COVID-19 (QSO-20-39-NH), which allows visitation for all residents at all times.
