Operative words
2(A): Effective October 15, 2021, no Healthcare Institution shall employ (including self-employ), contract with, or otherwise utilize the services of Covered Healthcare Personnel unless such Covered Healthcare Personnel (i) has been Fully Vaccinated; or (ii) received an exemption... 6: This regulation is effective immediately upon the filing of this regulation with the Department of Records. 7(C)-(D): [records open to inspection] as a condition of operation; [orders to cease operations, fines and license suspensions].
