2021: Held Feb. 7, 2021 at about one-third capacity under Tampa's Executive Order 2021-07 requiring face coverings outdoors in the Super Bowl Event Zones and Entertainment Districts (MET-TPA-030), Pinellas County Emergency Order 21-3 on outdoor large-scale special events (MET-TPA-067) and St. Petersburg's Super Bowl order (MET-TPA-051). Usual dates: February 7, 2021. Scale: stadium capacity about 65,000; attendance set at 25,000 fans (7,500 of them vaccinated health-care workers) with 30,000 cutouts, 'the smallest attendance in Super Bowl history' (NFL, Feb. 2, 2021, Ex.
