Ohio: 'Effective 3/19, the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV) will be closing 181 BMV deputy registrar locations. All other public licensing and registration services will be discontinued'; New Jersey: 'All New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission agencies, road testing, and inspection facilities remain closed to the public'; Texas: 'Effective 3/19, all TX DL offices are closed... All TxDMV offices closed to the public for in-person transactions... Operations at county tax offices, through which most motorists conduct registration and title transactions, will vary from county to county'; Michigan: 'All offices closed until further notice. Online only transactions available'; Illinois: 'All driver license facilities statewide closed until further notice'; Pennsylvania: 'Per 4/20 announcement, allowing for vehicles sales over the internet is very limited. In order for dealers to conduct sales via the internet, the dealer must be licensed by the Department of State and participate in PennDOT's Online Registration program (OLRP)'; District of Columbia: 'DC DMV is not titling and registering new or used vehicles at this time. However, many dealers doing business with DC residents can title and register vehicles if the dealer is enrolled in our Online Dealer Information System (ODIS)'
