Operative words
1. Any construction project meeting any of the following specifications is subject to this Small Construction Project Safety Protocol ('SCP Protocol'), including public works projects... 2. The following restrictions and requirements must be in place at all construction job sites subject to this SCP Protocol:... designated COVID-19 supervisor must be present on the construction site at all times during construction activities... f. Where construction work occurs within an occupied residential unit, separate work areas... [Appendix B-2:] The SCO [COVID-19 Safety Compliance Officer] must not permit any construction activity to continue without bringing such [violations into compliance]
