Operative words
After much consideration, FRSA has decided to cancel the July 15-17, 2020 Convention and the Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Expo. It was a difficult decision for all involved, but the health and safety of our members, attendees, exhibitors and staff remains our first priority.... Many components of the convention will still take place in a virtual format such as educational seminars and the Silent Auction. (Ex. SEC-09-GM-023)

2020: Cancelled; educational seminars and the Silent Auction moved to a virtual format the week of July 13-17, 2020. 2021: Held July 21-23, 2021 at the Gaylord Palms with a 'Health and Safety Info' program (Ex. SEC-09-GM-024), in the third quarter of 2021; the association's live contractor-exam review classes were 'POSTPONED' in 2020 (page titles as captured Sept. 20, 2020). Usual dates: Mid-July; 98th convention scheduled July 15-17, 2020; 99th convention July 21-23, 2021. Scale: 'the largest regional roofing expo in the country.
