Agencies should continue in 'Maximum Telework Flexibility' operating status... Until agencies have resumed normal operations and risk is minimal, all Federal agencies are encouraged to maximize telework flexibilities... Facilities Screening. Agencies must ensure their policies and procedures restrict individuals infected with or at higher risk for serious illness from COVID-19 from accessing Federal facilities... These agency policies must include specific considerations for Federal employees, contractors and visitors.
