[to] require debt collectors to provide written notice to certain consumers of their protections under the CDC eviction moratorium and prohibit debt collectors from misrepresenting consumers' eligibility for protection from eviction under the moratorium.... DATES: This interim final rule is effective on May 3, 2021.
