2020: Derby moved from May 2 to September 5, 2020 (Ex. SEC-17-GM-101) and run 'without Fans' (Ex. SEC-17-GM-128); Indianapolis 500 moved to August 23 'due to the COVID-19 pandemic' (Ex. SEC-17-GM-116) and run 'WITHOUT FANS' (Ex. SEC-17-GM-004) under Indiana's event-plan rule and Marion County's 250-or-25-percent cap (Exs. IN-034, MET-IND-022). 2021: Derby May 1, 2021 with limited attendance under Kentucky's capacity orders (Ex. SEC-17-GM-053); Indianapolis 500 at '40 PERCENT OF VENUE CAPACITY' under a county-approved plan (Ex. SEC-17-GM-052). Usual dates: First Saturday in May; Memorial Day weekend.
