Operative words

[A]ll individuals currently living within the State of Illinois are ordered to stay at home or at their place of residence... All public and private gatherings of any number of people occurring outside a single household or living unit are prohibited, except for the limited purposes permitted by this Executive Order.... Healthcare and Public Health Operations does not include fitness and exercise gyms, spas, salons, barber shops, tattoo parlors, and similar facilities.... k. Laundry services. Laundromats, dry cleaners, industrial laundry services, and laundry service providers;... w. Funeral services. Funeral, mortuary, cremation, burial, cemetery, and related services.... [essential:] businesses that provide food, shelter, and other necessities of life for animals, including animal shelters, rescues, shelters, kennels, and adoption facilities.
