Operative words

[A]ll individuals in Illinois who are age two or over and able to medically tolerate a face covering shall be required to cover their nose and mouth with a face covering when in an indoor public place.... [I]t is the duty of every employer to protect the health and safety of employees by establishing and maintaining a healthy and safe work environment and requiring employees to comply with health and safety measures.
