2020: Cancelled or moved online from mid-March 2020: 'When possible, some activities may be conducted virtually using video or teleconferencing'; the same class of meeting is named by clients as State animal-industry board classes, integrators' quarterly trainings, pesticide-licensing and chemical-awareness conferences and H-2A worker-law continuing education. 2021: Winter 2020-21 meeting season held largely online under the State gathering caps then in force (Iowa: gatherings of more than ten only with distancing and masks to Feb. 6, 2021, Exs. IA-031, IA-033; the other States' caps in the State files). Usual dates: winter meeting season (January - April) and summer field days.
