2020: Postponed to Sept. 5, 2020 (the first Derby outside May since 1945) and then run without spectators. 2021: Run May 1, 2021 with reserved seating limited to about 60 percent and reported attendance of 51,838, 'in response to Kentucky's venue capacity orders' (Wikipedia, secondary; Exs. KY-018, KY-047). Usual dates: First Saturday in May (May 2, 2020 planned); run Sept. 5, 2020; May 1, 2021. Scale: About 150,000 attendees in a normal year; 51,838 in 2021 (Wikipedia, secondary).
