2020: Cancelled Apr. 17, 2020, the first cancellation in 50 years, because of 'the COVID-19 pandemic in California' and the 'stay-at-home orders issued by California governor Gavin Newsom'; replaced by Comic-Con@Home (Wikipedia, secondary). The organizer's Apr. 17, 2020 homepage carries the cancellation and refund policy link (Ex. SEC-22-GM-034). 2021: Mar. 1, 2021: full-scale convention cancelled again; Comic-Con@Home in July 2021; an in-person Special Edition Nov. 26-28, 2021 required proof of vaccination or a recent negative test and face masks (Wikipedia, secondary).
