By release of June 23, 2021 (Lafayette) LAGCOE announced 'the First Executive Summit, powered by LAGCOE,' an 'optimally sized and topic-based' conference of 'C-Suite Executives and Senior Decision Makers' on 'leading at a distance... business interruption' and other topics, 'a catalyst event, informing and influencing the coming LAGCOE Technical Exposition in 2022 and the events that follow it.' The release does not state COVID-19 as the reason; it dates the 'Transform LAGCOE' initiative to a January 2020 board meeting.
