Operative words
On April 2 Governor Lee signed his Safer at Home order to implement statewide restrictions on non-essential business and travel in order to 'flatten the curve' and quickly slow the spread of disease... [general guidance:] Any person who has symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 must isolate at home... Any person who has been a close contact (within 6 feet for 15 minutes or longer) of a person with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 [must quarantine]
Enforcement
Expected operating standard under EO 30 ¶ 8.b and EO 38 ¶ 1.b; the Governor reserved 'additional health and safety orders' for sectors not operating safely
Notes
